6 miles
As I am approaching 100 days of non-stop running, I am noticing the "different me", both physically, mentally and emotionally. Something has changed. I kind of like the "new me". There is certain inner calmness that has emerged from all this running, but I know with enough rest I can really push much harder than I previously thought would be possible. The knees are hurting from all the hills... I am trying to go gentler and has modified slightly the way I run, maybe a few more days of light 6-7 miles and the pain will go away.
