Today's 5 miles felt like 30, but I got them done :) It was all about tapping into the "dark side".
A dark side is that side you refuses to be taught to be good. Everyone has it, and when you can control it and make the best use of it, dark side is a very powerful source of energy.
I felt physically tired and weak today, and the body was nagging: “Stop! Just rest! Just today!” But I had to tell myself - "SHUT UP!! I’m going to MAKE you keep running every day, even when every single muscle fiber is exhausted". That did it.
