A very satisfying run today, even a drizzle of rain made it a little intriguing. I let go and let my mind enjoy the audio book. It was marvelous. A high quality run, both physically and mentally. How glad I am that o took my body out for this treat.

Now onto parasailing! Something that my kids and I wanted to repeat after our first try in Hawaii. M said at the time (from 1,000ft in the air): "This is life at its best.." It truly was and it truly is. We will experience it today together again 😀

P.S. And we did go parasailing 🪂
