I had one of the most joyful runs this morning. So great that I had to come back to writing 😀
Maybe it was also a nice note from someone this morning about this blog that reminded me that someone finds it simply good to come across.
But coming back to the run.. if there was a running equivalent to "drinking champagne" that's how good it felt. Not too hilly, full of nature and just flow. It was heaven in running shoes, both body and soul enjoyed it in tandem. Why do I forget sometimes that something so basic can be so heavenly good? I shouldn't. A passerby at the end of the run smilingly said "why did you stop running?" 😀 (we crossed a few times).
I should never stop running.
