I came across an article last night about a guy who ran a marathon every single day in 2022 (that's in addition to having a full time job and a family). So cool and so much admiration for him - 365 marathons, without asking for any recognition. Made me so happy yesterday.

The run this morning was cleansing for both body and soul. I should start writing more about my runs, largely they are now like private appointments with myself, no outside update needed. I just wish I were less on autopilot while doing them.
