One of the best things about jet-lag is the ability to go for a run while the rest of the world is sleeping. After a week of walking, the run was welcoming: “Well, hello my friend. It’s really great to see you back.” A few early morning hikers, smiling, only boosted the mood. I am listening this amazing book on audible, it is spell-binding. Perhaps, anything is capable to spell-bind me at this point, which is exactly how I like it.
Good run, and being done around 9am felt amazing.
