Running always brings grace, patience, transcendence and second chances. I can always run better (or worse) depending on the day, what's on my mind and a little bit of luck. Every run is a bit of a mystery. But also every run is a bit of a rebirth and a reawakening of the love that’s in the heart. Some people call the after-effects of running - the "runner's high". I call it - "a God giving you another shot" at everything. It only takes 60 minutes (faster than any religious service) of putting one foot in front of another. And you are there.
Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooood run today.
