Heartfelt intensity
Henry David Thoreau once said, "The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation". I observe it every day :)
I don't feel like writing much right now. I have this soothing pain in my legs and my quads. New running shoes are good, but they look a little bit like "moon boots" (too white, too big). It was a birthday present, so I cherish them. I should throw away the older running shoes, but strangely I got "attached" to them, and on occasion (especially in the dirtiest situations) I take them out.
Morgan and Grace got accustomed to seeing me go running every day. Who knows, maybe some day they will join me. It will be fun! Freddy was trying to talk me out of going out today. He thinks it's "an addiction" Of course, it is :)
I started strong, then I got "bored", then I forgot about everything, then I got tired, then I mentally scolded myself and finished solid.
Each run is like a movie - has a Beginning, a Middle, and an End, but not necessarily in that order...
Day 37 you were better than Day 36!
