Day 35 (June 28)

Consistency


How to run consistently for 35 days straight, non-stop?

  • Step 1: Puff out your chest.

  • Step 2: Put one foot in front of the other

  • Step 3: Don't stop till you see your front-door

... Repeat.


The only thing I know with clarity is that deep voice in my heart that continues to chant: Keep going. You are on the right track.


I really hope so, because muscles hurt (badly).
