How to run consistently for 35 days straight, non-stop?
Step 1: Puff out your chest.
Step 2: Put one foot in front of the other
Step 3: Don't stop till you see your front-door
... Repeat.
The only thing I know with clarity is that deep voice in my heart that continues to chant: Keep going. You are on the right track.
I really hope so, because muscles hurt (badly).
