You know when you finish something, but you are so used to doing it for so long that you no longer feel like making a big fuss about - yes, that's how I feel now. It's like "brushing my teeth". I ran - my BoredRunner job is done for the day. Life keeps getting on the way and squeezing runs some days becomes a challenge, but being resourceful helps. So far, I've managed..
On Sunday, M wants to go "for a run" with me :) it will be fun! He will try a couple of miles and then F&G will pick him up. I think he is really excited to share it with me. So am I! it should be downhill most of the time, so he should manage a couple of miles. I know he can do it, but I am sure he is going to go "all philosophical and logical" on me during the run :)
It will be fun and I very much look forward to share this run with him, now that he is getting older.
