It was pouring rain today. I didn't feel like running - late in the evening under the heavy rain, but I was very glad I did, when I finished. The run did its magic and "brought me back" to feeling good again. I tried not to hurry it, but it is hard - time is constrained..
Mental reflections during my runs have been so interesting, much more interesting than internet, phones, TV. It's a shame more people don't switch over to it. You are by yourself and with yourself, while legs are moving... it's meditation at its best.
