I ran in the evening today (so "didn't feel like getting out of the door", but made myself).
5 min into it and it wasn't so bad... I feel lighter on my feet now (surprise!), and more quickly start to lose track of time.
When I see people on the street, while running I grin :), I am actually really happy to see the passerby's. Most of them send a warm smile back.
5 miles... not the best run of my life, not the worst. But it's good to have it behind me. Tomorrow I should be more rested.
