Running is great, because you forget all your problems because you're too busy focusing on one problem, and that's that your whole body hurts. Some days I sleep so hard (the body is urgently trying to recover before the next day) like never in my life.. It's one of the greatest physical experiments I've ever done on myself, including completely changing my diet.
8PM run today - empty streets, cold air, no people - perfect to block the rest of life, even if for an hour.
