The running high is so, so real! The motion of legs gliding, swishing, powering through air over ground and sweat breaks through my pores, runs down my neck – this stirs my soul, tickles that deep spot of euphoria and comfort and challenge :)
Even when I feel like shit, when I’m stressed about time, work, people, feeling hungry or thirsty — even on those days, FLOW is still possible. It’s a choice.
I am the most grateful when running. I have a choice to love it or hate it. Or something in between. For now, I’m obsessed and loving it.
