And we are in November... and on day 160 of consecutive running. Time flies by when you are running. How am I feeling? I am physically hurting and feeling sluggish (maybe a little bit anemic too), but not enough to stop running. I will power through sluggishness. I've started taking vitamins and eating a lot more fruit, and have cut down pretty much all meat, dairy and fish out of my diet.
(I was thinking today THANK GOD I am not doing Bored Runner in Wisconsin.. that would be a 10x challenge running in -20F in the middle of the winter). So looking on the bright side, as long as I can I will keep going out.
The sunny weather and beautiful colorful trees were enchanting, and some decent running was good for my soul. I hope this week it won't be 5 nights of running like the last week :) but if it turns out that it will be, oh well - will run in the dark too.
A good laugh and a long run are the two best cures for anything.
