7.5 miles
Bright and early run this morning, but I only got a chance to write this up in the evening...
I shook off yesterday, and got to running... It was solid 7.5 miles today, down the hill, then up the hill and I was good and strong - perfect breathing, perfect state of mind - the Zen of running. I wish every day I felt I like that.
With running, it is all mental - sometimes it's easy, sometimes it takes your entire energy to make even a single step.
We must either wear out or rust out, every one of us. My choice is to wear out.
I don't want to ever stop moving... until I "get hit by a big fat bus" :) but even then I am sure I will figure out something :)
