5 miles
Physical suffering is very humbling :) It pays to know how to get your butt kicked. Today, even the easy 5 miler "kicked my butt" (the muscle ache was still there from yesterday). But I tried to embrace the fatigue. It was not a perfect run, but I didn't cringe from the fatigue, just took it compassionately towards my body, eased into it, and made it through.
Day 119 - the harder you work for something, the more it means to you.
