5 miles
Another smog day. A different YMCA... who knew that not all YMCAs are open on the same day...
Enjoy your workout! my treadmill said, and so another 5 miles went by - staring at the fake landscape on the treadmill screen and the beige wall. It's amazing the things you start thinking in this hypnotic setup :)
But I think what it all boils down to - I want to always feel in control of at least with one thing in my life, and this running thing is one of such things (at least for now, at least during COVID...). So I will keep finding the way... even if apocalypse starts.
Today is our wedding anniversary (yes, we married on Friday the 13th :)). Nearly 2 decades later, we are still learning about each other...
