I am going to start tracking total here as well... in addition my excel sheet. I want to now get to 3,000 miles faster... maybe this mental trick will help to get to it "faster".
In the end it all boils down to this: How bad do you want it? It's easy to say you want it real bad when you're sitting at home on the couch. But when the going gets tough, do you want it enough? That's a question I pose to myself daily while running.
How bad do I want it? I can type the answer here right now, and it will be very sincere, but in the end - the actual miles and the days ahead will be my true answer.
